Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your product, choose your size or variant, and click Add to Cart. When you’re ready, click Checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your order.
Do I get a confirmation after ordering?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more). All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Do you offer personalized products?
Yes. Many of our products can be personalized with your own text, graphic, or design. Check the product page for personalization options or visit our Custom Orders page.
How do I submit a custom order?
Visit our Custom Orders page, fill out the form with your product choice and personalization details, and upload your graphic if needed. We will review and confirm before starting production.
Can I submit my own graphic or design?
Yes, absolutely. On the Custom Orders page you can upload your graphic file. We recommend high-resolution files for the best print quality.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 5 to 10 business days to produce before shipping. You will be notified of any potential delays.
Are custom orders refundable?
Custom and personalized orders are final once production has started. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Standard shipping then takes 5 to 10 business days. Total delivery time is usually 8–17 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship primarily within the United States. Contact us if you have questions about international shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using that number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless damaged or defective.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Sizes vary by product. Please check the size guide on each product page for accurate measurements.
Will the product look exactly like the photo?
We strive for accuracy, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. For custom orders, the final product will match your submitted design as closely as possible.

Do you work with schools?

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders and save your details for future purchases.
