Non-Customized Items
We accept returns on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customized & Personalized Items
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us a clear photo of the item along with your order number. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
