Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with SNO Custom Creations. Here is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Since many of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print partner, please allow this time before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days after your order has been processed. Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time combined.

Note: Total time from order to delivery is usually 8–17 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the request. You will be notified if there are any delays with your custom order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us through our contact page and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time we primarily ship within the United States. Contact us if you have questions about international orders.
